Enterprise
Work processes in the direction of the enterprise are divided into two parts: production and installation. We will discuss the steps involved in each of them in detail below
Production
- The information received from the user is processed by the order manager. In the process of processing, the accuracy of the information will be verified, the technical needs of the advertisement will be determined, and the printing device will be selected.
- The designer prepares the incoming print file. Gives the final size and sends it to the appropriate printing machine.
- After the advertising design is done, the operator prepares the file, and the specialists of the enterprise upload the relevant material. This is how the printing process begins.
- The specialists of the enterprise will process the printed material in the end.
Montage
- Tech. The line manager receives order-related information from the order manager and determines what part of the work is complete at a given stage.
- Tech. The direction manager will distribute the work to the technical groups accordingly.
- The installers bring the printed material to the appropriate location with the company's vehicles and place it.
- After the work is completed, a photo report is created and sent to the customer.
The work allocated for installation in Tbilisi is 00:00-06:00, and in the regions there is no working time limitation at this stage.
It takes 6 working days to install the ad and the so-called With a conveyor type process. This means that the works are written according to the chain principle. 6 working days guarantee us to respond in case of non-standard circumstances and deliver the product to the customer within the stipulated time.
Production and installation work depends on the following factors:
- Electricity
- Typewriter and related circumstances
- Human factor
- Weather (wind, heavy rain, frost)
- Unforeseen circumstances (patrol police, government security)
Printing/press
Printing in the Alma enterprise is carried out by means of printing machines with different types and data. The variety of equipment allows us to perfectly adapt to all the needs of the customer and create the desired product.
